Vouchers are posted out first class by the end of the next working day and come with their own envelope.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are not transferable, and the value cannot be exchanged for cash.

They can be redeemed in any location. We aim to be at each location at least once per month. Dates are usually available up to three months in advance.
